Speak to us of Responsibility…
You are always the one responsible; responsible for the task at hand and responsible for the consciousness you bring to it. No one else makes or designates responsibility for you. The choices you make in your life are a direct decision you have made as related to past decisions, in this life or another, and how they affect you.
Your choice may be reflective of your current needs or it may depend on what you feel is pressing on you from past requirements. When you feel a failing somewhere in your life, or persona, you will make choices that tell you a responsibility is yours. The questions to ask of yourself are whether the choice is to strengthen your life path or to block your progress.
When you are left in a position of responsibility, you have called this choice to you for a life lesson. If you continually find yourself presented with the same choices, you might consider that you have not found the correct solution to the situation. Too often, repeated experiences can become dilemmas that hold you back in a forward life path.
Can you learn from your experience? Will you need to repeat the lesson? What are the consequences? Is there another option or possibility? How can you grow with the present lesson? Is this a choice of the soul or the ego? The idea of choice and responsibility is very simple. You are being asked to respond to with the ability you are capable of expressing. Do you enjoy your choices or do you regret or resent your choices. How you respond to the choice of responsibility is always up to you. Many of you, given the same task, will respond grudgingly and many of you will respond with acceptance. Again, the attitudes you bring to your choices are as important to your comfort as the choices themselves.
Whenever you are next asked to be responsible for a task or idea, pause before acting. Consider whether your next choice is one of necessity (soul lesson) or one of ego. You may discover that the two overlap, but you may also discover that they are separate and you are taking on more than is required of you.
Be patient with yourself, as you are patient with others is this regard. Smile often and let the outcome find you rather than the other way around.
We love you … always,
St. Germaine and the Christed Healing Council
