Speak to us of Betrayal…
You have come to this planet to learn the lessons of ego and the earth.
Each lesson is one that calls out to your soul for resolution and healing. Betrayal is the first lesson of humans. You wrote about it with your great books? Eve is said to have betrayed Adam; Cain is said to have betrayed Abel. So much of your history is the reworking of one person deceiving another person, one group deceiving another group, one country? one god? one religion?
The truth is that each of these re-workings is but a reflection of the original betrayal to you placed upon yourself as a child of the Light. When you first chose to be separate from the godhead in your misunderstanding of the desire for autonomy, you were disloyal to the makings of Creation. You were then, as you are now, given the blessings of the Godhead to examine and reflect upon what is would be like to be separate from your soul pod and from yourself.
Each time one of you sees himself as different from his fellows, there is a small betrayal; each time one of you holds onto her uniqueness rather than seeing the other as herself, there is a small betrayal. And as the separation grows, the betrayals or deceits become greater and greater, until brother rises up against brother and sister against sister. The great betrayal is, however, against yourself. As you judge your brother you judge yourself. You betray each other with jealousy, greed, anger and resentment. All of these emotions and fears are part of what you chose to experience while in your present incarnation. Yet each experience, if it does not provide you with knowledge and wisdom, will continue to hold you back on the karmic wheel.
Ask yourself of what are you really jealous? Or really angry about? Where in your life are you truly lacking? Where have you been treated unfairly? To each of these questions you can most surely find an instant when circumstances were not to your liking. Yet is it not also true that each instance was when you were seeking to be loved? Is not your true fear one of not feeling worthy of your parent?s love? And does not each parent represent the ultimate parent? the Godhead themselves? Rather than jealous, practice trust. Rather than greed, practice generosity, no matter how great or small you circumstances. Rather than anger, practice love of yourself and others. And rather than resentment, practice gratitude for every gift you have chosen in this life.
This life is short and you are the one person in your life that you owe the greatest thanks.
We love you.
